WebHostingPad Review

Being the computer newbie that I am I was at wits end to get a site up and running. As normal for many of the things that I get involved with I was immediately in over my head. I tried and tried but to no avail and I was in dire need for help and there it was. The support people took charge and made things right for me. They didn't just do it for me but helped me to learn from the experience. I made the right choice for a server service. They are very helpful and saved me a lot of grieve.

I'm italian, sorry for my english. 2 years ago I was searching the best hosting service in the world . . . and I find Hostmonster, Bluehost, HostGator, Webhostingpad, . . . all fantastic!! I choose Webhostingpad because it was the cheaper but with the same services!! In these 2 years I'm fully satisfied!! The tech support via chat it's really fantastic, the softaculous script are wonderful, the cPanel is sublime, etc . . . I have no words!!

When I have any question about the services WebhostingPad serves The Support Team replies quickly and find a solution easily. Thanks for that.

I had an issue with my domain and hosting package and asked a question and I got help very quickly and they efficiently helped me to fix the problem and offered more support once we were done. Great customer service! I have used this company for years and will continue to do so!

I would recommend WebHostingPad to anyone making a website. It's the cheapest I found for what I needed and they give good technical support for newbies like me. I submitted a question and they replied within 15 minutes!! My only complaint is I wish I could've registered a ".ca" domain name with them. I had to get one through a 3rd party and redirected it to my .com domain name with WebHostingPad. But even with that, it still ended up being cheaper than hosting anywhere else. I'll stay loyal to the brand until the bitter end.

Pros: Good value for low bandwidth simple web presence or blogs Cons: Shared server system sometimes cannot handle load effectively causing connection issues Live support is good at times and crap at other times. I believe i even got logged out of livechat support because i was complaining there wasnt enough bandwidth allocated to my site even though it was unlimited and the limits they imposed were quickly diminishing due to a large amount of file transfers. As much as it is cheap, I wouldnt recommend it. Pay more and get better service and reliability. All this unlimited this and that is BS.

Be careful with this outfit. Like most here I once posted a glowing review of webhostingpad. I was a customer for two years. And then there were problems. I had taken an extra hosting account, but it turned into a disaster. I cancelled within the money back guarantee period. I requested my money back. You have to lodge the request as a ticket. The ticket sits there for a couple of days, no one responds and then they delete it!! Needless to say, the guarantee is worthless. Once they cancel your account, there is no way to have a dialog with them. Now, to add insult to injury, today I find they are still billing me, despite the fact that I don't have an account with them any more. So be careful; all that glistens isn't always gold.

Web host pad has helped me a lot in getting my blog up. I am not very good with computers so I call web host pad a lot when I need some explanation about my account. They have always been quick and courteous in answering any of my questions and fixing any problems I have. All at such a great price, I am very glad I found web host pad.

I have been a Webhostingpad customer for several years now and have only had two very minor problems in all that time. Both problems were resolved by their support department in under 20 minutes. Their staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great place to host one domain or many, for service, support and pricing you can't do much better than Webhostingpad.

Any company can do it's job but I'm impressed when they do more. I requested on out of the ordinary adjustment to my account. They didn't have too but they did it quickly and correctly. WebHostingPad, I'm impressed. Thanks.
