This is absolutely the worst host you can find! and I not even exaggerating the slightest. In the past 24 hours my website has been down 4 times. Customer service ignores me most of the time and when they do answer me they just paste in a reply that does not offer any help whatsoever. All the positive reviews here are posted by webhostingpad employees. Their promotion is a complete lie, Award winning customer service.... 99.9% uptime... all lies. This is a scamming company, consider yourself lucky you are reading this review before webhostingpad spam this front page with bogus reviews. RUN! RUN! RUN! If I knew what the service was I would`nt have even paid them with my dog's poo, my dog's business is definitely worth much more than this service, by far!

I use the service of WebHostingPad.com for a long time. For me, it's excellent and I am very pleasant: 1. Supporters are professional and friendly. Especially, they process my requests quickly and efficiently. 2. Secondly, the price is super cheap. 3. Thirdly, the system is stable and secure.

My wordpress constantly gets hacked, and is embedded with viagra ads. I had to turn it off. And more importantly, the email often loses mails. I found this during my job hunting, and I was foolish enough to use their email system for the job hunting! learned it the hard way. JUST AVOID THIS.

The price is very good but I am not very happy with them. They do not provide access to alter MX and CNAME records and you have to go through a slow process by email in order to let them edit for you but still you cant check what's been done. Their support is not professional. Everytime i asked for something i have to send lots of emails because i get incomplete replies and I end up telling me that it is not supported or they cannot help. Communication is bad. I get the feeling i talk to a Chinese ebay seller. I may ask 3 questions in my mail and get answer only for the 1st one (usually the easiest one) which will be incomplete as said earlier. Maybe its ok to host 1 site but when you work on more than 1 sites and you want to do something really quick they slow you down. Im not gonna renew with them.

Recently, I had a problem where webhostingpad mail servers were blocked by my ISP so that incoming email was blocked from the webhostingpad servers. This was sent to both the ISP and webhostingpad. Within a few hours, the tech support from both sides emailed me that this had been resolved. VERY nicely done!

Had a whoops involving my cPanel login. Tech support was prompt in solving my problem and getting me back up and running. Their service and price make them hard to beat when it comes to hosting.

hi i'm here to tell how happy i'm ans satisfied with webhostingpad service very fast answers from support center very valuable information they are very supportive trying to solve any problem i've faced and they are not many. software is amazing with so many built in add- ons like shopping carts blogs and website builder witch helps you a lot build your website if you don't have any experience plus free credits on google , facebook and more. powerful hosting and services and very affordable it's the best in my opinion.

I have been using WebHostingPad for the last 6 years, I have nothing to complain about. There billing department is great and helpful as well as there technical support team. They disclose the information upfront and don't sugar coat anything, which I really appreciate. Thank you.

I had an issue between my ISP and the Webhosting. The team was able to quickly get involved, work with the ISP, get Webhosting off the spam list and I was able to get back running within an hour or so.

Overall I have been very happy with the service provided by webhostingpad. I feel that the service is a good value overall and would certainly recommend them to others. The one piece of advice I would give to Webhostingpad is to continue to improve the online tech support. If they are getting paid to do a job they should be patient, friendly, and understanding of the fact that not everyone is super techy.
