Server Pronto Dedicated Review

I have been with SP for 8 years now and have 4 servers there. I am a satisfied customer. SP is not a BMW with a driver. A server starts at ~30 USD/month. This includes the machine, the bandwidth and some staff if things go wrong. Needless to say they can't be 'over-'anything. *** You need to be able to manage your own machine from bottom up. *** Support: friendly, helpful - but they want it simple. If rebooting a hanging server they are "fast enough", usually less than 20 minutes. If a disk breaks - has happened to me twice - you'd wish they were a bit faster. Net stability: OK, though you may be down some minutes pr. month. I have had one huge overcharge once, an error in their bandwith usage measuring system. I complained, and within 21 days the money was returned. As of now, I have never paid more than I should. Like it cheap? Are you a DIY on your servers? Well, for me SP has been excellent value for money and honest to work with.

I've been hosting with ServerPronto for some month now and their service is very satisfying. My server was never down, their ticketing system works fast and reliable and the price is the best part of it. Thanks SP.

Guys are a Scam company . I tried to cancel my hosting, but it is almost impossible. Once they get your credit card, they will bill you from time to time. I had to cancel my credit card not to be billed each quarter for no services. Do yourself a favour, run away from this guys!!! Don't be fooled by their web site, thay are crap of people and company
