Just Host is the best hosting company I have ever worked with.
I have been setting up websites since 1997 and usually jump from host to host. This is the first time I have found a hosting company that I will use forever.
The support is excellent, and servers are outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a host.

I found Hostmonster to be a good starter host--their basic web setup is great and they support most of the major web frameworks. If you are an advanced user, though, and want anything beyond a simple web host (e.g., custom DNS, heavy lifting in your web app, etc.) Hostmonster might not be right for you....

say that i am very happy with their service and
support. Every time i contact them there is
someone withing seconds to help me.
It only makes me feel that that negative
reviews are a work of competitors. I feel in this
industry there is very little to separate hosts,
and i am sure that there are other hosts who
are equally good.
However i am more than satisfied with the
service i have received and would recommend
it to everyone. ...

Globat's tech support is a total joke. No one that I've ever talked to has ever been able to answer a single tech question I've had.
Moreover, their services are horribly over priced for the quality that they offer. My website was constantly down or slower than molasses in the arctic.
And, for the cherry on top, when I contacted them to delete my accounts after I switched to Bluhost, (which I highly, highly recommend) I was informed that I would be charged an undisclosed cancellation fee. Seriously? I'm going to be charged for canceling your services? What a load of crap. ...

Unfortunately this company seems to have a policy of massively overloading its servers or IP's or whatever the correct term is. The website speeds have dropped dramatically recently (ours is hosted along with over 3000 other sites at the same address and can take 30 seconds or more to load a page with a very high speck PC and 20 MB broadband.
When contacted all the customer service can say is that we need to pay more for a more dedicated service when up until recently we had no problems.
In conclusion I do not appreciate a business model that deterioirates the quality of hosting and then offers to solve the problems that they created through a more expensive additional product.

Used to use this company, but my issue was they claim the server had a "raid crash".. Yeah OK 3 days later still no site, contact them again only to find out the server they moved us too ALSO crashed??? OOOKKKK... Now my site is showing someone ELSES website on my domain... Support has no idea what they are doing... I highly recommend you DO NOT use this host...
For some of you, you might had a great experiance with them, for me not so much. This is my opinion take it or leave it.
I give this host a .02 out of 10. ...

My websites have been up for 4 to 5 hours over the last 36 hours. It seems Web63 had some problems they were trying to migrate to Web80 as Web80 has now crashed - so much for the following from there website and alot of these so-called reviews who all reprint this garbage:
"Just Host's reliability is guaranteed due in part to our unique load balancing technology and super fast backbone connections. With load balancing, your site is available from multiple servers, so if one server becomes unavailable, your site will still be live on the other server, virtually eliminating site downtime." -
Well, obviously THAT IS A LIE! A flat out lie. I'm just waiting to get back into my c-panel so I can grab my files and my database exports so I can get as far away from JustHost as I can. ...

I really think MooCrew rocks! The guys are helpful and friendly… they really go extra mile to help. I purchased new computer and had some difficulties setting up outlook on my new machine. So I called FatCow support, they guided me through the steps and an hour later my email worked perfectly.. just loved it! ...

Signed up with FatCow 6 months ago… Have to admit it wasn’t perfect, but it was very reasonable for the price I paid. FatCow's support team seems to be very responsive. I noticed some slowness on my web site few weeks ago, however moo-crew fixed it very quickly… So far no regrets... ...
