Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that I really appreciate the help I received today from Tim E and most recently Mark S. Both of them were very patient and professional. In both cases the problem was solved as always. Mark S. helped me by recreating a file and cleaning things up, and waited patiently while the site re-published. I really appreciate the good service from Inmotion which wouldn't exist without the knowledge and professionalism of people like Tim and Mark. I've been with Inmotion for years now and the service has always been great and continues to get even better. I don't have much technical experience as to knowing what the problem is when a site goes down and how to fix it so I've had to rely on Inmotion and they've delivered every time. I am not the most web savvy person. The guys at InMotion are available all the time to answer any questions. Regardless if it's small and stupid. You can call or chat. Perfect hosting for the non-web-geek

InMotion provided quick and knowledgeable support via their online chat. Several of their support staff have been very helpful. It's fast and they give me the exact info I need. I say several of their support staff because I am a consultant and have dealt with several mutual clients. The hosting provider has been reliable, the interface is easy to use and after dealing with many Internet providers I have to say this provider has a great price/performance ratio.

Ok, so I don't usually take time to write reviews, but here goes. Prior to signing up with Inmotion (Based off the reviews here at Web Hosting Geeks) I was using Dreamhost (For over 3 years). While their prices were good and software was easy to use; the reliability, the speed, and customer service was terrible. After they randomly lost 5 days worth of my data and told me that I should've kept my own backups, I was fed up and I left. Enter Inmotion hosting. Started in January with them on a shared hosting plan, and have recently upgraded to a VPS. I call them at the weirdest hours in the middle of the night and always within 20 seconds I get a live human being to talk to. E-mail support was fast, and chat service is available as well. With service and reliability like this, I think I'm going to be with these guys for a long, long time.

Edward P. helped me via the chat system this afternoon. He was polite, efficient and a great communicator. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Inmotion's technical support staff are second to none in my opinion. While I have not had to call upon them too often, every time I have I have got prompt, friendly and technically superior service. Mark S. is a good example. Recently I had a problem with malware on my site. It was the first time this had happened to me and frankly not being a computer geek I was pretty concerned about it. I contacted inmotion's technical support,and Mark S. responded within seconds. Mark soon found the the hacked files and set up a ticket with the system management team. He answered all my questions promptly and with obvious technical skill. I cannot praise his assistance highly enough. Many thanks to Mark S. and everyone at Inmotion Hosting. You really appreciate that a great organization is made great by the people who work with such dedication to provide the best possible service. I have no hesitation in recommending you.

I'm a webdesigner and developer for small businesses. I've been with another hosting company for the last 9 years and was satisfied with them until about 2 years ago. It's gone from bad to worse and several of my clients sites, including my own, were getting very slow regardless of optimization. So after quite a bit of research I settled on trying Inmotion Hosting. They are an employee owned US company with great ratings. My formerly sluggish wordpress site is now lightning fast. I even removed the quick cache plugin. I have now moved 5 clients over and the set up, customer support (chat and phone) is extremely professional and quick. The chat answers right away - 24/7. This is such a load off of me. I feel like a kid at Christmas!
