I've tried several different hosting companies over the years and it seems as though I have ran into issue after issue with each of them. I had read a review about InMotion Hosting and thought I'd give them a shot. I had so many issues with the previous 6 hosting companies that I thought they were all terrible and I'd never find a decent hosting company for myself and my clients. Thankfully I gave InMotion the benefit of the doubt. I absolutely love them and so much so that I switched all of my clients hosting plans over to one of InMotion's plans and anytime I get a new client who needs hosting service they are the first place I call. InMotion has always been great with support and I think their prices are competitive. I recommend everyone to them and can't speak highly enough about them. If you're tired of having issues with hosting providers then give them a try. I really don't think they will disappoint you.

The support is really amazing! I messed up my permissions and ended up with 403 errors everywhere and, when I couldn't find an answer for it in forums, I left a message in the support area and also started live chat. Arnold on live chat helped me figure out the problem and correct it all within a couple of hours and Brad left a reply to my message in the support area within an hour about what the problem could be! This is certainly the best hosting company that I've encountered!

I want to express my sincere gratitude and deep appreciation for the wonderful assistance I have received from the support staff at inmotionhosting. My situation required several days of communications via email and with each correspondence the support staff moved me closer to full resolution. I always get such great help from the tech support at inmotion. They showed me how to use the whm and cpanel to manage multiple sites. Everytime I get lots of people hitting my site, they are there to help me keep my server going strong.

Listen, I am very new to web building via cpanel-WP-OpenCart but Inmotion virtually provides tutoring with quick responses by knowledgeable staff like Will and Shawn, both I believe out of Virginia Beach. Last night I was literally up til 3:00 AM (New Jersey time) getting tips and info on how to get OpenCartup and running. The forum is also great with Tim answering a lot of my newbie questions. If u are willing to work a bit on your own, these guys will help u land in the right place. Very impressed w/ the level of service I am getting. Enough said.

I recently had an experience with Nathan B. who is one of your tech support specialists. I entered into a chat session with him late one evening as I was having some diffculty in reconciling an error issue in our application software. This is a custom application we sell. Nathan was very courteous and patient and suggested a couple of approaches to consider which eventually lead to the resolution of our issues. Tech support was right there immediately, as soon as I selected the chat window. I wanted to share my positive experience. Before becoming a customer, I had read many great comments about this hosting company, especially regarding their customer service. I can tell you it's even better than what I expected. Seriously, it might not be the cheapest provider but the quality of service as well as the friendliness and knowledgability of their staff makes it a no brainer! You would be crazy not to choose InMotion Hosting, period.
