It seems weird to see the reviews that have already been published. I have had no troubles what-so-ever! Great price, reliable, easily accessable customer support. Not much more you can ask for.

AVOID LUNARPAGES AT ALL COSTS. I have used half a dozen web hosts over the last 10 years, and generally I find that host provders do a thorough job with service and support. BUT, I have never been exposed to such a lousy company as Lunarpages. One day my email just stopped working, and 2 weeks and probably 50 phone calls, tech support just gave up on the problem. They just shrugged their shoulders and moved on. Finally I got a server admin on the phone, and he told me that "he thinks it's probably because someone else who is sharing that server is spamming." So, they can't figure it out, oh well, just 1 customer, who cares, right? This was one of dozens of problems I had with then over a 1 year period. The server was always down, and the tech support people are clueless and seem to just not care.

Although Lunar Pages claims to be up 99.9% of the time my web site and email was down for 3 days due to a "hardware" failure. They did not notify me when my site went down nor did they notify me when it was back up. I might have been able to forgive them had they apologized or given me some sort of compensation.

Recently, I need to upgrade from PHP 4.1 to PHP 5. It's been a week and everyday they tell me it's about to be done ... and it hasn't. What a jerk!!!

Up until a few days ago I thought this service was great...unlimited databases, storage space, emails, fantastico, the works really... Then our server crashed, Gallifrey, they said it would take 2 days to bring back up!!! 2 DAYS of NO EMAIL We are a business, so.... OUCH That was 2.5 days ago.... All they say now is, they are not sure when it will be up....hopefully today. HOPEFULLY!! oh they did say they would compensate us with a month free service, sweet... No orders for 2 days and they want to give us a credit for 20 bucks, which really costs them nothing....sweet. Way to handle it lunarpages!!!
