Hands Down the Worst Hosting Company in The World.


Our review is simple...Startlogic is the worst hosting company in the world. Your Up time is going to be around 65 -70%, StartLogic is known for losing data...your data. They try to get you to pay for their backup fee's of $12.95 mo. Then if you do not subscibe to this..they simply lose your data. Your site will be down 30-45% of the time. If you call their tech support...the are friendly however, they will just tell you that their servers are down or that we have just changed new servers or that there is a problem somewhere and we are checking it out. We give Start logic the worst hosting compamy in the world award. This company should go down like the titanic. Jess Holingsworth

Deceptive.


They may seem cheap but you will be charged hidden fees. I signed up for the basic plan and somehow I was charged for a plan upgrade that I never knew about. Email is horrible. Tech support always found the problems I encountered but they didn't help me resolve them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.


Don't even waste your time. We lost 6+ months of emails when they "accidently deleted" two email accounts and oh by the way it's our fault because they aren't responsible for the backing up of emails, that is the customers job. What happened to customer service!!!

Worst Host I've Ever Had!.


Up time has to be less than 50%! I really can't believe it. Almost everyday the site is down. You call them up and they really could care less! When you sign up you pay for two years service so why would they care. They also auto renew you unless you set it not to renew which I have done! What a waist of good money and time messing with startlogic!

I'm all done with Start Logic.


Instead of review, I'm postin a trunkated version of the last Support Ticket remark B4 I discontuned service: "Listen. I've been thru chat sessions repeatedly with SL tech's opinion that all is well. Our site is taking upwards of 30-45 seconds to load at times—even 8 seconds is too long. My client is sick of this. They're sick of your answers & question my character for referring YOU. I have documentation of the web time loads & your console error-out & the multitude of dead end attempts by your tech people telling me that everything is alright, that the site loads 'just fine on our end'. Well, that's your end. YOU don't have to sit with a client in a training session while they LITERALLY look at the watch and count to 25, waiting on the next screen to load. Honestly, I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years. Either my situation is so commonplace to SL that this is just normal procedure or I’m deliberately being kept from the people that can actually help my situation
