HostMonster Review

I am a Hostmonster customer. I have two sites with them. I have referred 3 other people to them. I love them. My last hosting company always rushed me off the tech support line. I like talking to someone and knowing they are taking care of the problem. I have called Hostmonster 2 times for some advanced changes that had to be made to the “A record” they stayed on the line with me until the problem was taken care of. I didn't have to go through the “level one dummies” reading a script to get to the people who could really help me, the level one tech was very knowledgeable and helped me work through the problem. When the change required a level 2 tech authorization he didn't transfer me and make me have to tell the problem all over again, he took care of it all. I have no complaints when it comes to host monster, they are awesome!!!!!

When I called tech support, only a five minute wait to reach a very good tech. What more can you ask for $ 5.00 a month.

THE BEST online customer service I have received in 6 years of doing business. You can't beat the price and the control panel is SO much easier and intuitive than my two previous hosts

I have been with Hostmonster for over a year or so now. I just registered my second domain with them. They have great prices but what I really like is their customer support. One of their tech guys literally helped me set up a subdomain. He logged into my account and did it for me after walking me though it a few times and I couldn't figure it out. They have the best staff and they are really fast. Their email service isnt the most reliable. That's the only downfall I see. If you are looking for affordable hosting with a LOT of features, go with hostmonster. They have so many applications and services, I still haven't figured out or found a reason to use half of them. I love having the options though. A++++++

Be warned, I have been with Host Monster for almos a year and every month my email service is interrupted for between 1 and 5 days. I am currently without outgoing email and have been so for 5 days now. Their answer to this? Too many businesses sending newsletters on the first of the month causes a backlog. They claim every single month they are fixing it, but every single month I lose business because of it.

I am VERY pleased with this hosting service. Man...I don't even know how they got the price to be that cheap, with more features than its competitions too. HOOT HOOT!!! I'm gonna get this service once I save enough dough and figure out how to use every single feature. Great job HM!!!

well when i signed up i didnt have a clue what i was in for .when i figured i was in over my head i called and canceled my account.no questions ask i got my refund and in a timely manner and the girl was very polite :) when i figure out how to use there features i will sign with them again

Everything worked as it should except my autoloading flash movies took up to 13 seconds to play instead of 1-2 seconds on my UK based dedicated server. So the small files loaded fast but the big file loaded slow.

Eu contratei o host e funcionava tudo muito bem, certo dia deu um defeito e aguardo até hoje (3 meses) por uma solução. Ainda bem que era só um domínio de teste, senão estari ferrado.

I have been searching all through for a host for my website and the feautes that it offer are just the best..they are offering $130 free credits too now and have a edge over other hosts offering almost same features with more e-mail accounts and lower price..
