Don't use it

Bad from the start
" My experience with StartLogic has been bad from the start. Their tech support people are not helpful. In fact, they are frequently misleading. After their migration, I could not make changes to the website I created using their old software. I could not believe it at first, but several technicians told me that I would have to rebuild the site from scratch again. Well, as long as I had to rebuild it anyway, I figured I might as well transfer to a more helpful company. I am a non-technical person trying to maintaining a small, uncomplicated website. I think that their system requires too much knowledge of how web design works. For beginners it is too confusing. And then with inadequate tech support, it is really bad. Oh and also transferring out of StartLogic was truly a nightmare. "

Startlogic: Bad sevice, false promises, down half the time
" Being with Startlogic has been one of the most frustrating experiences in my online life. Promised me a certain amount of bandwidth, only to find out they just give you half that much with the excuse that you'll get the rest if you "ever need it". Horrible, slow customer service. Since they charge for their website creation tools, if you manage to find better ones like me rest assured they will remove support for them one year after as soon as they find out you are using it. As happened to me, they dishonestly removed Joomla support ( A free ware website automation tool that takes advantage of components existent in most hosting packages) one year after I was using it, and wanted to make me pay for it, even though the services on which Joomla runs were included in our original contract, with the excuse that they were upgrading their server. This is of course, a lie, since all they do is disable a variant so you can't use it until you pay. Try any other host but startlogic "

Run, don't walk!
"Startlogic attracts you with what seems like a good price, but their tech support is horrible. There are better more and more reliable solutions out there..use them!"
