not there when it counts
"All of a sudden, everything went down, all my sites, and all was there is the just host adds (placeholders). Couldn't even login to my cpanel and see what's going on. When i called tech support the first time, they logged a ticket and said it would take time, no progress after few hours so called back about 10 hours later, they said they need an admin team and won't come in to work for a couple of hours, as soon as they come in they will fix it, they said it's a simple fix but needs someone from admin team. About 4-5 hours later, saw that the just host placeholders are gone and now there are empty directories for all my sites. Waited a few more hours and then called for updates, they said they are still working on restoring and it's taking some time, not estimate when they will finish. Later after a few more hours with no progress, i called back and that time, the tech said well fixing the issue was all they plan to do and no restore was going to take place, the claimed they have tried and there was an error, they would not disclose what went wrong and why am i getting different information. When i asked for a supervisor or manager, they said the only way to talk to anyone was to log a ticket???? still back and forth, thought i'd share." |

Avoid this company at all costs
"We been using justhost.com for the last 2 years. suddenly my site got suspended because they claim that we are "utilizing an excessive amount of system resources". OK, so our traffic is getting bigger which is a normal trend in the online world. So you would expect that they would send an email and tell you have 24 Hours to move your site to a dedicated server. NO, THEY SUSPENDED OUR SITE!!! I IMMEDIATELY opened a ticket and called them over 5 times in the last 24 hours, and this is the answer i keep getting, WE ARE SORRY BUT THE DEPT THAT HANDLE THESE ISSUES CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE, AND THE SUPPORT TEAM THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE, DON'T HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEM. WOW!!! I have since sent emails , called open a ticket and NOT ONE SINGLE WORK FROM MYSTERIES CAVE OPERATING DEPT. Even when I made it clear we will do whatever it takes to get the site back up even if we had to pay x10 more for a dedicated server, money is not an issue. Can you imagine your site going down, and you can't do anything about. well that's Justhost.com for you. Never Again!" |
