The Best We Have Had
"Host Monster is the 3rd hosting company that we have had in the last 8 years. We have now been with them for almost two years. They are by far the best in every category. Their customer support is absolutely fantastic. But, the best part of it all...we have only needed to call them once in 2 years! These guys never go down. Best of all, their customer support is ON SHORE! Even though we have only had to call them once in a two year period. Now all we can do is hope that they remain as great as they are."

terrible hosting
"I have used host monster for 2 months and have to contact them on a weekly basis as my site is always down. Their customer support is apalling and no better that the cheap $12 per year host company I had just moved from!! I asked their tech support to find the fault but their online chat just ignored all my requests! Don't use them!"

"Hostmonster is pathetic! The owner is a real jerk. The staff is very green. Matt Heaton is the owner of Hostmonster and BlueHost. He parades himself as an entrepreneur, but he is a jerk!"
